Removing Red wine stains can be so important to know and to be really good at. Write down or print these free steps so you can begin taking good care of your carpet and upholstery. When you are having sooo much fun that you spill wine in your home, you will be ready.

Step 1:
Dilute the Wine by applying club soda (or white wine) with a clean sponge or simply pour it right on the stain.

Step 2:
Remove the Wine by blotting the stain with a clean, lightly colored or white cloth. Use a clean side every few blots or change to a clean cloth.

**Repeat Steps 1 and 2 by applying the club soda (or white wine) and blotting the stain until no more color is visible or until no more color is transferred to the cloth.

Step 3:
Rinse with cold water by blotting the area with cold water using a clean white cloth to remove the soda. Continue rinsing the cloth and wringing out then blot again until the soda is rinsed out of the carpet or upholstery.

Step 4:
If you can still see the stain...sponge it with this vinegar mixture:
- 1 cup of vinegar,
- 1 tablespoon of clear dishwashing liquid,
- 1/2 cup of water.

After applying the vinegar mixture, let it stand for 15 minutes and rinse according to Step 3.
