STEP 1: Remove the rotating glass dish from the microwave oven and wash it in the sink. Spray the inside of the oven with a solution of water and baking soda and let it stand for a few minutes to loosen any stuck on foods.

STEP 2: Wipe the inside walls, the top and bottom with a clean sponge and a small amount of dish soap. Wipe until all the stuck on food is removed.

STEP 3: Apply some baking soda directly to the sponge and scrub the stained area of the microwave.
