Remove Dog Urine Stains From Clothes Using FREE, Proven Tips and Solutions

Step 1:
If the clothing is still wet, soak up the excess dog urine using paper towels. Put the towels on the spot and stand on it for about 10 seconds. Replace the paper towels with clean ones and repeat this until the excess moisture is absorbed.

If the area is dry. Move on to the next step.

Step 2:
Now you've got to neutralize the acid in the urine that has soaked down deep into the surface of the area, whether it be carpet or a laundry pile.

Mix equal parts water and white vinegar and spray the spot to get it really wet. Next, soak it all up like in step one.

Step 3:
After it's dried sprinkle the area with baking soda. Baking soda will absorb any odor left behind that the vinegar didn't remove.
