Step 1:
If the clothing is still wet, soak up the excess dog urine using paper towels. Put the towels on the spot and stand on it for about 10 seconds. Replace the paper towels with clean ones and repeat this until the excess moisture is absorbed.

If the area is dry. Move on to the next step.

Step 2:
Using vinegar,you've got to neutralize the ammonia in the urine that has soaked into the fabric, whether it be carpet, upholstery or a pile of laundry.

Mix equal parts water and white vinegar and spray the spot to get it really wet. Next, soak it all up like you did in Step One.

If the garment can be washed in the washing machine, put it through a cycle with vinegar for detergent first, then a second wash cycle with laundry detergent according to the instructions for that fabric.

Step 3:
